Negotiate with the potential new employer regarding: • whether or not it proposes to offer employment to you; • if so, the terms and conditions on which it proposes to offer employment to you; and • the proposed date for commencement of employment with the potential new employer.

Resolving employment relationship problems

All employment relationship problems, as defined in the Employment Relations Act 2000, will be dealt with in accordance with the Employment Relations Act 2000.
