but as at the date of this letter, none of our messages have been returned.

In your employment agreement it clearly states if an employee is absent without notification for three or more days without due cause, it is grounds of abandonment of employment. You have now been absent without notification for [Number] days. Unless we hear from you immediately upon receipt of this letter, you will be deemed to have abandoned your employment and accordingly your employment will be summarily terminated. Any outstanding wage, leave entitlements and other agreed payments or deductions will be processed, and your final pay will be paid on the [Date] .
