If the employee will be paid in lieu of notice what will be the actual final workday in the workplace? Is there anything in the employment agreement or an agreement on when the final pay is to be paid? If the employee is to be made redundant is there a redundancy calculation to use for this employee in their employment agreement? If not, what is the redundancy calculation to be used?

If terminated because of

disciplinary when is the employee’s final day?

Does the employee owe

the employer any money? What is this in regard to? Has the employee provided written consent to the employer to have this deducted from their final pay?
