HR Practice for Payroll Practitioners

Different graphical styles

When developing an actual form keep the format simple and easy to follow. Anything more than three pages and it will become more of a burden than a resource. In the area below there is a range of examples of graphical rating scales. For each scale a section for comments should be added. It is also advisable that managers should justify their ratings with specific examples.
